Our DCR Property Owners annual meeting took place on July 23 at 10am MT. Meeting minutes are being prepared and will be published upon approval to the Documents page. Schedule of our next meetings:
We have new gates! Entrance gates for Delagua Canyon Ranches were voted on and approved last year by the POA Board. We are excited to let you know the gates have now been installed and are ready for activation. The gates will be activated for both the north and south side entrances on June 1, 2021. The gates are 16 feet wide, allowing for most large vehicles and trailers to easily access the Ranches. For wider loads, we have installed a removable post and additional swing gate that will allow for the full road width when needed. The gates feature a keypad requiring a PIN for access located at the entrance. Additional details on how to use the gates, the access code, and how to get help is posted on the Documents page.
